I have not posted in a long while, but I had a great recovery from my ankle surgery. By Nov I had built my miles up to 8-12 miles daily at a 8:10 pace. My shins started aching and I ignored them….big mistake :( Now, I have not ran since Dec 11 and its driving me nuts! ggrrrr So I would love any advise on how to heal faster!
